WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A father and son are behind bars after police say they broke into a woman's home, found her dead body, then stole some copper pipe.

John Sester, 53, is charged with criminal trespassing and breaking and entering. His son, Jon Sester, 21, is charged with breaking and entering and burglary.

Police say the men entered a home on Millrich Avenue on Sept. 12. When they got in, they found the dead body of Virginia Maxwell on the basement steps. The men stepped over the body and went into the basement to remove copper pipe. They came back to the area later and entered a neighboring home that was unoccupied.

Jon Sester was arrested on Sept. 30 and is being held on a $15,000 bond. John Sester was arrested Wednesday and is scheduled to be in court on Thursday.
