Man arrested after stealing over $6000 worth of eye glass frames

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP (FOX19) - A 39-year-old man has been arrested after breaking and entering into Thomas & Sutton Eye Care on Kenwood Road. Adrian Irby is arrested on charges of B&E, Possession of Criminal Tools and Vandalism.

Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to an intrusion alarm at Thomas & Sutton on August 27th, 2010 at 1:30 a.m. They found the front glass door broken out and two glass display cases were broken as well. Approximately $6,044 worth of eye class frames were stolen,

Surveillance footage showed an unknown male black suspect breaking the front glass door and the display cases, using a 2x4 piece of wood.  He put the frames into a basket, which he brought into the store, and fled the scene.

Irby is at the Hamilton County Justice Center where he awaits his arraignment.
