MOUNT WASHINGTON, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County grand jury has ignored a murder charge against a man who was accused of a murder in Mount Washington.
Joshua Niemann, 35, was arrested last week for the murder of David Dalhover, 36, who was found dead on his front porch.
Prosecutors say they did not have the right evidence or the right suspect and asked the grand jury to ignore the charge.
At around 8:40 a.m. Oct. 14, a woman in the 2100 block of Sutton Avenue called 911 to report that Dalhover, her son, was deceased on the front porch. She was headed to work at the time.
Police say that Dalhover died of a laceration wound in the neck area.
Police said Dalhover lived in the house with his mother.
