Man accused of arrow attack found competent to stand trial

ELMWOOD PLACE, OH  (FOX19) - A man accused of shooting his friend with a bow and arrow has been found competent to stand trial.

Harry Spivey, 57, is accused of shooting his friend Doug Stacy with 3 arrows last month.

They shared a home in Elmwood Place, but investigators say Stacey wanted Spivey to move out.

Spivey is charged with attempted murder.  He's facing 10 years in prison.

His trial date has been set for January 31, 2011.
