Car demolished, driver intact

EVENDALE, OH (FOX19) - A woman was trapped inside her car after it bounced off more than one concrete structure on southbound 75 in Evendale Sunday.

The crash happened on southbound 75 near the 13.8 mile marker.  The driver lost control and slammed into the median wall of the highway.  The Honda then bounced off that wall, skittered across the highway and slammed into the concrete support for a light pole.

The car was essentially demolished and the driver trapped.  The right front part of the hood was shredded, with the front bumper ripped almost completely off the car.

Despite all the damage, once the woman was freed, she had only minor injuries She was taken to Bethesda North Hospital for treatment.
