Disciplinary action expected for two teachers

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Public School leaders are planning a disciplinary conference centering around the political controversy at Hughes High School.

A lawsuit claimed students were taken to the Hamilton County Board of Elections and given sample ballots which contained only democratic candidates.

Hughes Principal Virginia Rhodes and social studies teacher Dennis McFadden facing disciplinary action for the incident.  The conference is set for Friday.
