3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped/crushed walnuts
Mash bananas, add melted butter, egg, sugar and walnuts. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingrediants into mix. Coat bread pan with melted butter. Pour mix into pan, make sure it spreads evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Check after 50 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
