WEST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) - Police have found a man who took off running after causing a crash that injured two people.
It happened just after midnight Thursday on Manss Avenue in West Price Hill.
Police say Anthony Rooks, 26, was operating his Jeep Cherokee south on Manss when he hit another car head on.
Rooks took off running after the crash, but was located a few hours later suffering from minor injuries.
The driver of the other car, Timothy James, 19, and a passenger, Dayron Curtis, 20, were taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
Charges against Rooks are pending.
