Woman, child robbed at gunpoint

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Sheriffs are investigating an incident that occurred Monday afternoon when a woman and her child were robbed at gunpoint.

A short time before 3 p.m., Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Deputies were called to the intersection of Pippin Road and Roosevelt Drive. An initial investigation reveals that the victim made a left turn onto Roosevelt Drive from Pippin Road when two male black suspects pulled their vehicle in to her path causing her to stop.

The passenger got out of the car and approached the passenger's side of the vehicle with a handgun and ordered the victim to hand over all of her money. The victim followed the orders and an undetermined amount of cash was taken.

The victim and her juvenile son were not injured in the robbery.

The suspects fled east on Roosevelt Drive in an unknown type of white vehicle. There were three suspects involved in the robbery. All were described as black males with their ages unknown.
