2 robberies reported near UC

CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are investigating two recent robberies in the Uptown area near the University of Cincinnati.

At approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30 a victim was approached while sitting on the ground in the 2300 block of Victor Street when two suspects approached and grabbed victim's purse and fled. 

Both suspects were described as white males aged 20 or so. The first suspect wore a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. The second suspect was wearing a Bengals hat and Bengals shirt.  The victim saw what appeared to be a silver handgun.

On Nov. 1 a Domino's Pizza delivery person was robbed of money at 2721 Euclid Ave.  A handgun was used to force compliance with demand to turn over money.  The description of suspects was too vague to provide any valuable information.
