Holiday Party Salmon & Maple Bacon Dip

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 cup Holland House® Marsala Cooking Wine
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup crumbled crisp maple bacon
1 cup crumbled cooked salmon
favorite dipping chips
1. Cook the salmon as per instructions on box. Cool completely and flake. Refrigerate until needed.
2. Place the first 11 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Remove dip from blender and place in a bowl. Fold in the feta cheese, bacon crumbles and flaked salmon.
4. Place dip in a serving bowl and place on a platter. Surround dip with your favorite dipping chips.
