CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Batavia man is facing charges after police say he charged nearly $10,000 to his company credit card.
Charles Gardner, 33, is charged with one count of unauthorized use of property.
Police say from January through August of this year, Gardner made numerous unauthorized purchases on a credit card belonging to his employer, Evans Landscaping.
The card was issued for work use only. The total amount of unauthorized charges was $9,812.97.
Gardner was arrested Wednesday and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
