HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A trial date has been set for a teenager accused of beating a baby alpaca to death earlier this year.

Marcus Miller, 18, is one of three people accused of the crime, which happened earlier this year at a farm in Madison Township. Miller will face trial on Nov. 9 on charges of breaking and entering, tampering with evidence, vandalism, grand theft, and cruelty to animals.

Another teen involved in the case, Nicholas Reynolds, 17, pled guilty in September and was sentenced to 20 months in jail last month. He was facing up to eight years in prison.

The other person charged, Stacie Mullins, 23, is accused of driving the teens to the farm.

The alpaca, named "Masterpiece" was valued at $8,000.
