BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati businessman pled guilty on Thursday to charges that included stealing from elderly customers, including one prosecutors say had a disability.
Mark G. Kirchoff, the former president of G.K. Insurance and Financial, was accused of depositing $250,000 of investor's money into his personal bank account.
Kirchoff allegedly solicited checks and did not use the funds as promised to purchase securities. Kirchoff was a licensed insurance agent in Ohio from 1991 to March 2010. Kirchoff is currently in the Clermont County Jail
