Bengals on Monday Night Football

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The last place Cincinnati Bengals are in the national spotlight tonight as they play host to the second place Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football.

Tonight's game at 8:30 is drawing a lot of national attention.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell plans to tailgate tonight in Lot E at Paul Brown Stadium to meet with fans, answer their questions and hear what is on their minds.

Goodell will begin tailgating at 5 p.m. and he plans on doing a question and answer session with fans at 5:30 p.m.

The first event like this took place at the Pro Bowl in January and numerous gatherings have happened since.

More than 100 tailgaters for this event were selected from the long-time season ticket holders.

Along with the Commissioner being in town, the hosts of the popular radio program "Mike and Mike in the Morning" were live this morning from Paul Brown Stadium in advance of tonight's game.

The 2007 season opener was the last time the Bengals played on Monday Night.  The Bengals beat the Ravens in that game.
