Police: Teen stole, sold jewelry

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A local teen is behind bars after police say he burglarized homes and stole jewelry, then sold it.

John Alexander Suggs, 18, is charged with two counts of burglary.

According to police documents, Suggs received a total of $1,122.20 for selling the stolen jewelry to Finer Diamonds on three different occasions.

Police executed a search warrant on Suggs' home and found numerous stolen items. He admitted to the burglaries associated with the stolen property.

He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
