Police: Man assaulted victim with table leg

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Lincoln Heights man is behind bars after police say he assaulted another man with a wooded table leg.

Curtis Jackson, 52, is charged with on one count of felonious assault.

Police say Jackson was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim when he picked up the table leg and struck the victim across the face.

The victim suffered a deep laceration above his eye and was taken to the hospital.

Jackson was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
