CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Bond Hill woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a fight at the Hamilton County courthouse, then refused to be arrested.
Sparkle Woods, 28, is charged with assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Woods was arrested Tuesday morning after police say she punched a woman in the eye on the second floor of the courthouse. When police responded to the scene, Woods refused commands to place her hands behind her back and had to be taken down to the ground to be handcuffed.
Police say she continued to resist arrest, and it took several officers to handcuff her.
She is out of jail on bond.
