CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A jury convicted a local homebuilder Wednesday for his role in a mortgage fraud scheme involving luxury homes.
According to prosecutors, Bernard Kurlemann, 57, would sell high-end luxury properties to fake buyers, then he would submit false information on contracts and loan documents.
The high-end homes were part of Homearamma 2007 and 2008.
Kurlemann could face up to 85 years behind bars.
