CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A husband and wife from Cincinnati are on the run after police say they've been stealing electronics all over the region.
Investigators say Lorenzo and Relavette Price have attempted to steal big ticket items from Meijer stores in both Ohio and Indiana.
Surveillance video from an Indianapolis-area Meijer store showed the couple use tools from the hardware department to steal a truck load of electronics. Lorenzo Price gained access to a secured storage room in the back of the store, while his wife legitimately bought a pair of socks in the front of the store.
The couple got away with a Playstation TV, an X-box, several TVs, computer monitors and laptops.
"The door alarm went off you know around 11:36 p.m. I think. Loss prevention didn't discover the room was emptied until I believe 2 or 3 in the afternoon," said Det. Vince Semona with Cumberland, Ind. police.
Lorenzo Price has an open warrant in Ohio and Relavette has a long list of theft arrests, including a conviction in 2004 for stealing money and cookies from a group of Cincinnati-area girl scouts she volunteered to oversee.
The total value of the items the couple has stolen is believed to be at least $12,000. Investigators are looking for a black 1994 Chevrolet Suburban with Ohio license plate ERZ-6716.
