West End shooting now homicide; suspect on the loose

WEST END, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for a suspect in a fatal shooting in the West End.

David Chandler, 35, was shot Oct. 28 at the corner of York Street and Linn Street in the West End.

Police say Chandler was sitting in a car when he was shot in the head. His friends drove him to Good Samaritan Hospital, and he was later transported to University Hospital, where he died on Nov. 12.

Police are looking for Ricardo Woods, 32, in connection with Chandler's death. Woods' last known address is the 800 block of York Street.
