CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A local woman is facing charges after police say she assaulted an officer who was giving her an intoxilizer test.

Casey Carr, 23, is charged with assault, refusal of a chemical test and OVI.

Police say she refused to place her hands behind her back when police told her she was under arrest, stating, "I'm not going to jail, you are not arresting me."

She was told if she continued to resist, she would be Tased.

When police took her in for an intoxilizer test, she tried to walk away twice, and kicked and stomped on the officer administering the test.

Carr was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
