CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Members of the Midwest Cheer Elite dedicated their performance at Duke Energy Center Sunday to a mother of two of their members killed in an accident on I-275.
The team performed at the Queen of the Nile All Star Challenge. This is the first time that the team, the Diva Cats, have performed since the wrong way accident last week that took the life of Lori Morris last Saturday.
The accident also injured three members of the Diva Cats and another mother, Cindy Blair. The three children did not compete in the competition.
The Diva Cats won first place in their division. The money won in the competition will go to The Morris-Blair Fund.
