HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - An Oxford mother is behind bars after police say she was had passed out from drinking while her infant was in her care.
Nicole Hayes, 31, is charged with obstructing official business and child endangering.
The Oxford Life Squad and Oxford Police responded to Hayes' apartment on Sunday on a report that she had been drinking, and was not breathing.
Her infant was also found in the home, and has been taken into protective custody.
Hayes is now at the Butler County Jail.
