Police: Man involved in domestic dispute leaves with kids
MOUNT AIRY, OH (FOX19) - Police are searching for a man and his two children.
Police say Andre Ingulls, 45, was involved in a domestic dispute Tuesday night at an apartment on Shadymist Lane, where he held a knife to a woman's throat and resisted arrested, causing an officer to separate his shoulder.
Because he has a rare heart disease, Ingulls was arrested and taken to University Hospital. At some point, he escaped from the hospital and went back to the apartment on Wednesday morning.
He then took two children to an unknown location. Ingulls does have full custody of the boys, but because of Ingulls' medical condition, police are concerned about the children's safety.
Ingulls is 6'2" and 240 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange shirt with black jeans. He is driving a 2003 Hyundai Sonata with Kentucky temporary tags #5973600. He known to frequent a barbershop on 19th and Madison in Covington.
