CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested a woman after they say they found a two-year-old child and heroin in her car after they pulled her over.

Police say they were observing an apartment complex for a drug complaint when 41-year-old Tabitha Sterling of Covington was seen walking in and out of the building. Police followed her and pulled her over when she was observed not using a turn signal.
