Police: Man held coworkers at gunpoint

WEST CHESTER, OH (FOX19) - A Bond Hill man is behind bars after police say he held two of his coworkers at gunpoint during a workplace dispute.

The incident happened at Superior Environmental Services on Joseph James Place in West Chester on Wednesday evening.

Two employees told police that Derrick Bryant, 51, held them at gunpoint, then fled before police got there.

Police found Bryant at his Bond Hill home and he was taken into custody without incident.

No one was injured, and no gun shots were fired.

Bryant is charged with felony kidnapping, two counts of aggravated menacing and one count of weapons under disability.

He is being held at the Butler County Jail.
