BURLINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A Northern Kentucky man has been found guilty in the death of his infant daughter.

Benjamin Senseman has been convicted of second-degree manslaughter and second-degree criminal abuse by a Boone County jury. His wife, Laura, was acquitted in this case.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the guilty verdict and acquittal were returned after nearly 4½ hours of deliberations.

Dr. Gregory Wanger, state medical examiner for Northern Kentucky, testified Wednesday that the fatal injury was a blow to the head and couldn't have happened from routine handling.

Benjamin Senseman has not yet been sentenced for this crime.
