CINCINNATI (AP) - Cornerback Keiwan Ratliff has rejoined the Cincinnati Bengals, whose secondary is depleted by injuries. Ratliff signed with his former team on Wednesday. He was a free agent after finishing the season with the Florida Tuskers of the UFL.
Ratliff was the Bengals' second-round pick out of Florida in 2004. He played in 51 games, starting eight of them, through 2007. He later was on the rosters of Tampa Bay, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. The Bengals signed him for their playoff loss to the Jets last season, then released him.
