GREENDALE, IN (FOX19) - Police are investigating a fatal accident in Greendale, Ind.
It happened Tuesday evening on U.S. 50, just east of the I-275 interchange.
Police responded and found a black Ford Escort crashed into a tree on the westbound side of U.S. 50. Greendale Police extricated the driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver's name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
