Police say Conrad Zdzierak used an African American head mask as a disguise during six robberies
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A man who wore an elaborate mask to rob several banks in the area was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison.
Conrad Zdzierak, 30, was sentenced on six counts of aggravated robbery.
He was arrested in April at a hotel after police found evidence linking him to six bank robberies, including a $700 mask that made him appear African American. Investigators say Zdzierak initially eluded being caught by taking off the disguise between the robberies and driving to his next target.
During his sentencing on Friday, Judge Ethna Cooper told him he was dangerous.
