Two arrested during traffic stop after 10 pounds of pot found

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Two men have been arrested after a police found 10 pounds of pot in their vehicle during a traffic stop.

A Warren County Sheriff's Deputy stopped the vehicle on northbound I-75 on Wednesday. He became suspicious of the men's nervousness when he approached the vehicle.

A registration check found the driver to be a deported felon. After he was placed under arrest, a drug-sniffing dog was called and found 10 bags of marijuana weighing one pound each.

Carlos Roberto Guerroro Soto, 35, of Mexico, and Feliciano Balleza Salazar, 31, of Lexington, were both charged with trafficking in drugs and taken to the Warren County Jail. Guerroro-Soto is also being held on an ICE detainer.
