Tri-state under a winter storm watch

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Monday evening through late Tuesday night.

As low pressure approaches Monday night snow will overspread
the Ohio valley from southwest to northeast. The majority of this
snow will begin after midnight and be southwest of Ohio through
daybreak.

At this moment in time significant accumulations of 3 to 5
inches of snowfall are expected ending Tuesday night.

Remember...a Winter Storm Watch means conditions are favorable
for a hazardous winter weather event in or close to the watch
area.

FOX19 Stormtracker Pat Barry will have the latest forecast on the FOX19 Evening News at 10 and Frank Marzullo and Katy Morgan will update on the FOX19 Morning News starting at 4:30 a.m.
