Florence Police searching for Remke's bank robber

FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) - Florence Officers are searching for a man who robbed a bank inside Remke's Market on Tuesday around 6:30 p.m.

According to the Florence Police Department, a man approached the counter of the US Bank, handed the teller a bag and instructed her to put money in it. The teller was able to see a handgun coming out of the suspect's sleeve.

The suspect is described as a white male, mid 20's, about 5"6' with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a charcoal zip-up hoodie jacket, white shirt underneath, a black skull cap with a white patch on the front. He was also wearing black jeans, black shoes and black rimmed glasses.
