Suspect accused of assaulting man with butcher knife, wire cutters

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A man is behind bars after police say he assaulted another man with a butcher knife and a pair of wire cutters.

Ricardo Lee, 40, is charged with felonious assault.

According to the arrest report, Lee got into an argument with the man over a mutual friend. Lee grabbed the wire cutters and struck the man several times. He then grabbed the 7-inch butcher knife and began striking the victim in the back and arms.

When police arrived, Lee jumped of a second story window and ran. He was caught in the 800 block of Blair Avenue.

He is being held at the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
