CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are trying to find a homeless man who they believe stole a credit card from a woman who took him in.

On December 22, 2010, Cynthia Lewis took in a homeless man named "Herbert," allowing him to stay out of the cold. After "Herbert" left, Ms. Lewis then discovered that her credit card was missing.

Ms. Lewis' credit card has been used now at 4 different locations, including the Meijer in Oakley, where video surveillance of the suspect was taken.

Ms. Lewis is not wanting to press charges on "Herbert." According to police she only wants to know if he is the one who committed the crime.

Anyone with any information on the stolen credit card should call CrimeStoppers at (513) 352-3040.
