LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Several Lebanon residents were evacuated from their homes Monday night after an armed man threatened to harm his family.
Lebanon Police responded to the 700 block of Southline Drive just before 10 p.m. Monday night. Officers say James Deanglis, 38, was threatening to hurt family members and himself. He reportedly had several firearms and was last seen loading them.
Lebanon Police and Warren County Sheriff's Deputies surrounded the home while the Warren County Tactical Response Unit responded to the scene. Residents in several homes were requested to evacuate or stay in a safe area of their home.
After a short negotiation, Deanglis surrendered without incident. He was arrested and charged with inducing panic and having weapons under disability. He is being held at the Warren County Jail, where his bond is sent at $11,000.
