LAUREL, IN (FOX19) - Three people were arrested Tuesday on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine in Franklin County, Indiana, which is a Class B felony.
A search warrant was obtained for a house in the 100 block of South Street in Laurel. Investigators found tools, equipment, and precursors used to make the meth. The drug and paraphernalia were also found.
Billy A. Burkhart, 23, of Laurel, Tamela Conley, 21, of Laurel, and Patrick L. Atkins, 38, of Greensburg were all arrested. In addition to the conspiracy charge, Burkhart was also charged with possession of meth and possession of precursors, both Class D felonies.
All three are being held in the Franklin County Jail.
