CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A woman who admitted to teaching her 2-year-old daughter how to smoke marijuana and recording it on her cell phone was sentenced Friday.
Jessica Gamble, 21, must complete a six-month program in jail before she is released. She has already completed four months of the program. If she can complete it within six months, she will be released from jail. If not, she will stay in jail until she completes it.
After she is released, she must spend six months in a halfway house and complete two years of community control. Failure to do so could result in her going to jail for 6.5 years.
Visitations with her daughter are being supervised by the Hamilton County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
Gamble pleaded guilty to corrupting another with drugs and tampering with evidence.
