Drug bust in Clermont Co. leaves 5 arrested, 6 wanted

CLERMONT COUNTY (FOX19) - Eleven people have been indicted after an investigation by the Clermont County Narcotics Unit revealed trafficking, possessing, and obtaining controlled substances. The drugs found included heroin, marijuana, and various pharmaceuticals.

In a statement from the county, Sheriff A.J. Rodenberg says, "The investigation was initiated after receiving information and leads from village officials and police that there appeared to be a surge in drug related activity and crimes."

Of the 11 indicted, only five have been arrested. Those five are in the Clermont County jail. Chief Deputy Rick W. Combs says in the statement that deputies and officers will work thru the day and night until all those indicted are found and arrested.

Following are the individuals indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury:

Richard Matthews, 29, of New Richmond, OH was charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a third degree felony. He is currently in the Clermont County Jail.

James Sipple, 66, of Batavia, OH was charged with two counts of trafficking in Drugs a fifth degree felony.

Toni Mattingly, 25, of New Richmond, OH was charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a third degree felony, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a third degree felony, One count of Aggravated Trafficking of drugs, a fourth degree felony, and two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Robin Egan, 37, of New Richmond, OH was charged with two counts of Trafficking in Drugs, a fourth degree felony, one count of Aggravated Trafficking in drugs, a third degree felony, one count of Aggravated Trafficking in drugs, a fourth degree felony, and two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony. Egan is currently in the Clermont County Jail.

Phyllis Boehm, 52, was charged with one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Derek Donell, 20, of New Richmond, OH was charged with one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a fourth degree felony.

Cody C. Boehm, 23, of New Richmond, OH was charged with one count of Trafficking in drugs, a third degree felony and is currently in prison.

Christen Boone, 25, of Ripley, OH was charged with Possession of Drugs a fifth degree felony.

Sara Isaac, 18, of New Richmond, OH was charged with Illegal Processing of Drug Documents a fourth degree felony and is in the Clermont County Jail.

Brian Yauger, 27, of New Richmond, OH was charged with one count of deception to obtain a Dangerous Drug, a fourth degree felony.

Kevin Morris, 42, of Amelia, OH was previously arrested after being charged with four counts of Aggravated Trafficking in drugs, a fourth degree felony.
