CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A man is facing charges after driving drunk and getting into an accident that left two children injured. His blood/alcohol level was more than four times over the legal limit.
According to reports, Gary Price, 49, crashed into a pole on Dooley Avenue in Northside just before 9:30 p.m. on Thursday. Police say that Price blew a .335 on a breathalyzer test and was driving with a suspended license. In Ohio, the legal limit is .08.
The children in his car, ages 8 and 6, were transported to the hospital. There is no word on their conditions.
Price pleaded not guilty and is still in the Hamilton County Jail on a $17,000 bond. Charges against Price include OVI, failure to control and child endangering.
