CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Northwest Local Schools bus driver accused of driving drunk is expected to plead guilty during a court appearance on Friday.
John Dahlheimer, 61, was arrested in October 2010 after the school bus he was driving ran into two parked pick up trucks at Princeton High School. He had just dropped off 33 Colerain High School band students and four parents for a football game.
According to Mike Allen, Dahlheimer's attorney, the guilty plea is a part of a plea deal.
Police say his blood-alcohol content was over five times the legal limit for a commercial driver and officers found an open bottle of Jagermeister and prescription pills in the bus.
