MASON, OH (FOX19) - The Mason Police Department is investigating a Mason High School Health and P.E. teacher that was placed on administrative leave on January 19th.

According to the Mason School District, Stacy Schuler was placed on administrative leave and an investigation is being conducted. The Warren County Prosecutors Office and the Mason Police Department tell Fox19 that she is currently under investigation and they cannot release any other information.

Fox19 contacted Detective Toni Hoelke with the Mason Police Department about this investigation and all she would tell us is that she is investigating a case about inappropriate text messages. She would not confirm, nor deny if it was connected with Stacy Schuler.

Mason Schools also tell Fox19 that Mason High School Assistant Principal George Coates was placed on administrative leave, but is not under investigation. The school would not elaborate on why.
