CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - One of the suspects in the shooting that happened at the Tucker's Restaurant in Over-The-Rhine in January has been arrested.

Police say two black, male gunmen entered the restaurant at 1637 Vine Street on January 15th and opened fire. Police reports say the men rushed through the door, firing shots and injuring the wife of the owner, Carla Tucker, 53, and a customer, Ranisha Burgin, 18. Burgin was shot in the back.

Najee Jones, 21, was arrested Monday night and is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, trafficking in drugs, two counts of felonious assault, weapon while under disability, and possession of drugs.

Police believe the gunmen were aiming for a man who was at the restaurant.

Anyone with any information on the second suspect is urged to call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040 or Det. Dan Kreider 513-352-4565.
