Suspect charged in murder of teen in North Avondale has bond set $1 million

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - One of the suspects charged with the murder of a teen in North Avondale Wednesday now has a bond of $1 million.
Rufus Hummons, 18, was arraigned Thursday morning after being charged with murder and his bond was set. He is charged with the murder of Uriah Ware, 17. Another suspect has also been charged, a 17-year-old male, whose name has not been released.
Ware was found by police shot to death at the former National Guard Armory on Reading Road January 22nd. He was leaving a party when the shooting occurred. Police believe Ware was an innocent bystander.
Ware's father told FOX19 he knows the suspects; adding both gunmen and his son grew up together.
