CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - One of the suspects charged with the murder of a teen in North Avondale Wednesday now has a bond of $1 million.
Rufus Hummons, 18, was arraigned Thursday morning after being charged with murder and his bond was set. He is charged with the murder of Uriah Ware, 17. Another suspect has also been charged, a 17-year-old male, whose name has not been released.
