Lakota Local Schools discussing changes in Kindergarten programs

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - The Lakota Board of Education will meet Monday night to discuss the possible changes in their Kindergarten programs.

Interim Superintendent Ron Spurlock is expected to unveil a plan at the school board meeting, which would eliminate the half-day kindergarten to an all-day, every other day program.

The move could save Lakota nearly $500,000 a year.
