HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Butler County Sheriff's BURN taskforce made multiple drug arrests on Friday, February 4, through two search warrants and a traffic stop.
Armondo Zuniga-Osuna, 44, was arrested after police issued a search warrant on his home. Zuniga-Osuna was arrested on Possession of drugs, a level 3 felony. During an interview, police found out that Zuniga-Osuna was a migrant worker from Mexico. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a "Holder" on Zuniga-Osuna after he was booked in jail.
BURN agents also arrested Deundre Howard, 23, of Dayton, during a traffic stop, after he dropped off over 350 capsules of heroin and a 1/4 ounce of heroin at a location in Hamilton. also in the car was Shabree Andrews, 23, of Dayton and Howard's juvenile sibling of Howard.
Howard and Andrew's both are charged with Trafficking in Drugs, a level 1 felony. The juvenile is facing no charges at this time. Howard is also charged on another Trafficking in Drugs with the Butler County Commons Pleas Court.
BURN agents also arrested Van Davis in Middletown. Agents found 1 and 1/4 pounds of marijuana, a scale with a bag of marijuana on it, and more than $900. Davis faces Trafficking in Drugs, level 3 felony, and Tampering with Evidence, level 3 felony.
