CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Mayor Mark Mallory and City Manager Milton Dohoney held a roundtable Wednesday to discuss the latest plans of the Streetcar.
At the meeting, the mayor announced that they received 3 bids from contractors to build the streetcar. The decision will be made in the next couple of months as to who will receive the contract.
The meeting also announced that property values around the streetcar line will jump up 8.8%. Also, according to a 2007 study the city will make $3 on every $1 spent on the streetcar.
