WEST END, OH (FOX19) - The man who was charged with arson after a fire broke out at an apartment complex in West End Thursday morning, is being held on a $40,000 bond.
Six people were displaced after the fire.
The fire broke out around 6:30 a.m. Thursday at the corner of Bank and Linn Streets. Charles Curtis, 55, an occupant of the building has been charged with aggravated arson to person and aggravated arson to property.
Investigators say it started on the third floor, but the cause is still undetermined.
No one was injured in the fire.
